Complaints are rarely solved easily and on the spot. We as the service team take over the workload and follow through until it is complete. Leave it to our results-driven task force to handle the issue while you take care of more important things as a shipper.

Complaints about transit time

As a rule, shipments are delivered within 24 hours. In isolated cases, a shipment can be on the road longer. This calls for correct handling. Our customer service team finds out the cause of the delivery delay and arranges proper measures. The delivery usually takes place the next business day. Should it be delayed further, we arrange for YOU an inquiry into the matter. All we need for that is the shipment’s number and commercial invoice. Complaints about damage

In very rare cases, our parcel service providers face transport damages while on the road. If that ever occurs, you are in good hands. First of all, we only ship insured shipments as per our contract. In addition, our customer service team will fill in the required forms for compensation of damages, verify and submit them. At regular intervals, we double-check the status of the requests and send out reminders or warnings so you do not have to.

Our complaint management team works closely with the IT support & service management which will support you in system integration and day-to-day work with the shipping software.
