We, as c.b.c. logistics, not only offer good conditions for small and medium-sized parcel customers but also a number of service features:
- In need of parcel supplies? No problem – just order missing supplies using our online form!
- Never lose sight of your parcel with the corresponding shipment tracking!
- Can the parcel label be cancelled? Comfortably request a cancellation using the online form!
- Parcel complaints can occur. Using our complaint management, briefly explain what has happened!
- For our business customers, we have also set up a small Downloads area where you can access documents such as the terms and conditions and the shipping terms of the shipping service providers.
For each department we have set up a central phone number and an e-mail address. So you can always reach the next available employee who will address the concern.
